Cancellation Policy

Please read this disclaimer carefully before using our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Service Limitations: Our cleaning services are provided to the best of our abilities, and we strive to deliver high-quality results. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or damages. We will not be held liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages that may be worsened during the cleaning process. 2. Liability: While we take utmost care in handling your property, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to surfaces, including but not limited to floors, countertops, blind, countertops, cabinets, or any other area in the home. Clients must inform us of any fragile or valuable items that require special handling. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, Cancellations of Service: Please call us 48 hours before scheduled service if you don’t call within that time we are subjected to charge a 50.00 cancellation fee. Your card will be card after services are rendered. Please put away all personal items and dishes. If you want your appliances cleaned we asked that the oven be Pre-Sprayed 24 hours before arrival and refrigerator be empty to reduce cleaning time.
